What You'll Work On

You'll support our design team across a wide range of assets. You won't just be "given tasks" – we expect you to think, ideate, and propose visual directions.

LinkedIn Creatives

Design engaging LinkedIn carousels and social media content that drives engagement.

Presentations & Decks

Create company decks, pitch decks, and presentations that impress clients and stakeholders.

Brand Systems

Develop brand kits including logos, color systems, and typography guidelines.

Packaging & Labels

Design packaging labels and visual identities for products and services.

Portfolios & Case Studies

Create portfolios, case studies, and internal documents that showcase work.

Social Media Creatives

Produce high-quality social media creatives across all platforms.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Comfortable using Canva for brand kits, social media creatives, and deck layouts
  • Good understanding of layout, typography, color usage, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to find design references, create moodboards, and justify design choices
  • A portfolio (college projects are fine if quality is strong)

Mindset & Approach

  • Creative thinker, not just a tool operator
  • Can translate loose direction into clean visuals
  • Curious about branding, marketing, and business design
  • Open to feedback and quick iterations
  • Organized with files, naming, and handovers

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience designing LinkedIn carousels or business content
  • Basic understanding of branding systems
  • Experience with packaging or print layouts
  • Motion design or simple animations
  • Figma familiarity
